This recipe is from Mary Jane Toth's Volume II "Goats Produce Too!". Be very careful and specific with your rennet in this recipe as the slightest bit too much has ruined batches for me.
Feta
This is a very easy recipe to follow from "Goats Produce Too!" by Mary Jane Toth. You can easeily marinate your cheese too.

I have made this and it was so good!! I love parmesan and consider myself quite picky but this one exceeded my expectations.
